E-Bay Purchases

If you purchased an item from E-Bay that was listed as a donation to the Kelsey Smith Foundation, here are the instructions for your tax receipt:

Sign-in to your My eBay account (with your eBay ID/password) Click into your Donations Account Select Donation History Search for the 2009 Tax Year in the drop-down menu Click Request a Tax Receipt
